Nuevo Capital (NueCap) is a third-party administration (TPA) organisation, meaning that we assist our clients by providing business process outsource (BPO) solutions from suppliers, to enable the growth of their businesses.

NueCap takes privacy seriously and uses best practices to comply with International Privacy Principles.

NueCap also look to ensure that our clients and suppliers comply with such regulations regardless of the jurisdiction within which our business activities are undertaken.

BPO solutions may include:

  • Third-party administration (inclusive of telemarketing)

  • Labour hire

  • Claims processing

  • Employee benefits management

  • Payroll and bookkeeping services

Some of our suppliers and business partners engage in the following activities: direct marketing data list brokerage (which includes the receipt and on-selling of personal information), sourced from compliant third-party data owners managers that have collected prospected data, for example: compiled data, survey-based data, transactional data, online lead generated data from websites and social media.

Data capture and management:

Data is held securely by NueCap for the purposes it was provided by the related third parties until such time that it is no longer reasonably required.  Data collected and held may include, from time-to-time, both personal (e.g. name, address, date of birth, income, telephone number, email address, interests pertaining to various types of products or services).

Data is only disclosed by NueCap to third parties where they have a valid reason for receiving the data, which may include:

  • Receiving data for marketing purposes, where the provision is not in breach of a Privacy Act;

  • Receiving data to build a solution for the related client/supplier;

  • A request from an individual to suppress their details.  NueCap endeavour to take reasonable steps with each related entity, to ensure that data will be used for the purpose that it was provided.

The locations in which these recipients are located may include Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the Americas and Asia. NueCap take reasonable steps to ensure the related overseas entities do not breach local privacy laws.

NueCap have taken reasonable steps to implement practices, procedures and systems relating to our functions and activities that will help to ensure th NueCap, our suppliers and our clients comply with all Privacy and related Acts and that we will be able to deal with enquiries or complaints in relation to compliance.

Where any personal data is received from an individual or in relation to an individual that we did not request, NueCap will take reasonable steps to dispose of the data.  When NueCap is no longer required to hold or maintain data we take reasonable steps to ensure that we destroy or de-identify the data.

NueCap take reasonable steps to protect the personal data we collect from misuse, interference and loss and to protect it from unauthorised access, or disclosure.  Data is held within the servers of carefully selected 3rd party cloud-based data solution providers, where required, which may be hosted overseas from where a business activity is being conducted.

Cookies and other web technologies:

Our partners and the advertising service providers use third-party cookie and tracking technology cookies and other internet technologies to help create and present marketing offerings that would be of interest to you and our current and future customers, and to deliver offerings to you based on your interests.

Our website may use Facebook and Google re-targeting cookies, to enable us to market to you with promotions after you have visited our website, in order remind you of the reasons we wish for you to work with us or to advertise different offerings to you.

Our website may use Google Analytics, in order to better understand your use of our website. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you when you visit a website, rather than your personal information.

You may refuse cookies in your browser by disabling cookies. Most browsers accept cookies automatically but may be configured not to do so or to notify when a cookie is being sent. You will need to manage your cookie settings for each device and browser that you use.

Personal Data & Feedback:

An individual may request to see a copy of the personal data held by NueCap by providing their details to us via our contact form on this page.

An individual may also make a complaint to NueCap if it is believed that NueCap or a related client/supplier is not complying with any related advertising guidelines set forth by a related body.

NueCap will then respond within a reasonable period of time to notify the individual of how we will look to assist with the request and of any additional that may be required to carry out the request.  Should such a request be made, it may not be possible for NueCap to assist with the request where the individual does not provide sufficient details.  This matching process will be performed within a reasonable period of time and may require the assistance of the related data providers, with which we share the personal information for the related purpose.
